This week the Orgatec, one of the largest office furniture fair in the world, was held in Cologne. A good indication of what the furniture industry thinks they have to do to uphold the trends in work design. All the major brands are represented. A lot of followers and some of the companies that are at least exploring the boundaries of office interiors. One of them is Abstracta, one of the industry leaders from Sweden when it comes to office acoustics, presentation means and flexible office furniture.

innvire has a long standing relationship with Abstracta when it comes to thinking about turning companies into great collaborators with more space to innovate. This was also the basis for bringing our Sketchalot whiteboard design with seating elements to their collection. This resulted into delivering our way of thinking to companies worldwide as Abstracta sells it products from the US to Australia.

For the occasion of this years fair, Abstracta published a magazine with 14 design stories, told from the designer of the product. Eelco Voogd of innvire was also featured, as design story 8, telling about the elements that create the optimum collaboration spaces.
